Would recommend this Tiny Tots location in Strathcona. The teachers at Tiny Tots made our child feel comfortable almost immediately, with plenty of care and attention. He shares a big smile when he sees the teachers each morning and has plenty of fun with the different learning activities and crafts. My 1-year-old child has been attending this daycare for two months, and the change has been remarkable. From crying at the beginning to now going in happily every day, I can see a big difference. My child has become more disciplined and confident. The director, Samia, is excellent at communication and always ready to answer any questions we have. Although my child’s primary teacher hasn’t been around much due to vacation and illness, my child absolutely loves the substitute teacher, Saba, as well as the kind Asian teacher (apologies, I forgot her name). The only area for improvement is the classroom environment—there are no windows, so it doesn’t receive natural light. We paid on Thursday for 1 months, on Friday evening are plans charged because school bus cant take kid to them after school, on Monday we asked for refund because we need to find different option but only received half! We didnt even start but they kept Application fee (which is ok) + half of month pay!
